What the Program Did for Asymmetric Health in Lacey, WA
Asymmetric Health is a physician-led Direct Primary Care clinic specializing in TRT, GLP-1-assisted medical weight loss, and BHRT. That makes it a medical practice, not a specialty practice, and we say so up front. It is the clearest record we have of the program we would run for you.

The Practice
A Direct Primary Care Clinic Competing With National Telehealth
Asymmetric Health is led by its Clinical Director, Dr. Ian Strand, and serves 500+ patients through in-person care in Lacey, WA, plus telehealth across Washington. It specializes in TRT, GLP-1-assisted medical weight loss and BHRT.
When it came to us, the site was a slow WordPress build, and the clinic was losing local patients to national telehealth companies with far larger ad budgets.
What We Did
Five Pieces of Work Behind the Numbers
A Hand-Coded Site
The slow WordPress site became a hand-coded Astro build, live in April 2026, with a page for every service.
Connected to the Clinic's Systems
The site connects to the clinic's own EHR, so an evaluation booked on the site lands where the clinic already works.
Google Profile and Citations
The Google Business Profile, its categories and services, and healthcare directory listings were cleaned up and matched.
Pages by Service and City
Service pages and city pages for Olympia, Tumwater and Yelm give each search its own page.
Inquiries Counted by Date and Source
Every form carries where the visitor came from, so we can see which pages produce inquiries.

For a Specialty Practice
What This Proof Means for Your Practice
What Carries Over
The site build, the Google profile work, a page for every service and city, and reporting by date and source are the same for a specialty practice.
What Changes
A specialty practice adds procedure pages, galleries or fitting guides, referral sources and, for some, financing. Those are written per specialty.
What We Will Not Claim
This is not a specialty practice result, and we do not promise one. We promise the same program, run with your market's data.
Other Work
Two Earlier Engagements, Briefly
We did the technical SEO for LifeMD, a publicly traded telehealth company, taking its site from nearly zero indexed pages to full indexation within weeks.
Over a 17-month engagement, Atlas Wellness, a chiropractic clinic and a past client, grew its monthly organic traffic value 28 times. That engagement ended in 2022.
Questions
Questions About This Proof
No. Asymmetric Health is a physician-led Direct Primary Care clinic, which is a medical practice. We publish it because it is the program we would run for you, and the numbers are real. A specialty practice result would be a different case study, and we will not call this one that.
We count inquiries by date and source, which means when each one arrived and where the visitor came from. From April through August 2026 that came to 156, with 49 in August 2026, up from 23 in March 2026, the month before the rebuild.
Impressions and clicks come from Google Search Console, comparing October 2025 compared with August 2026. Organic visits come from Google Analytics, comparing the October 2025 to January 2026 average, the last four full months on the old site, compared with August 2026.
